Return Policy

Velvet Hammer Return Policy-

 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are not satisfied and wish to return your item. Contact our store at 208-930-1254 or please email us at contact@velvethammerboutique.com. At that time, we will give you instruction on how to return your item.


 

Returns for Regular Priced Merchandise:

 

Returns will be issued in the form of store credit. The items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, no damage or defects or any other signs that the item has been worn. Original tags must be attached to the item. Please return your item with the original packing slip that was included with your purchase. Once the item(s) are received, we will process your return within 7 business days. We must receive your return within 30 days from the day you received your order. We do not refund shipping charges.

 

Exchanges:

 

You may exchange your item for a different size or color as long as the item you are exchanging is unworn, unwashed and original tags are still attached. Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day your received your order. The items must be shipped back to us with the original packing slip included. We will process the exchange within 7 business days. If the item you wish to exchange is not available in the size or color needed, we will contact you and give you the option of keeping the item or returning for in store credit.

 

Final Sale Items:

 

All sale, clearance, mystery boxes, and personal items are final sale. Personal items include: Bralettes, bra’s, panties, swimwear, socks, cosmetics or jewelry etc. Final sale items may not be returned for store credit or exchanged for other merchandise.

 

Damaged Items:

 

Please inspect your items as soon as they are received to ensure no items are damaged or defective. If you find that you have a damaged item, please contact us at contact@velvethammerboutique.com or call us at 208-930-1254. You have 5 days to notify us of a damaged item. The item will need to be sent back for inspection within 7 days of notifying us of the damage or defect. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached for us to issue a store credit or exchange for another item.

 

Shipping:

 

If returning an item by mail, you are responsible for the cost of shipping.
